Dairy

Dairy products consists of a broad range of products which are all made with milk as the base ingredient. In Northern Europe the origin of milk is mainly from cows, but also products made from goat, buffalo and eve's milk can be found.

Some dairy products are very little further processed, e.g. liquid whole milk, in other products the milk has been changed considerable e.g. in cheese products.
